Optical Score Recognition for Mac & Windows

| Neuratron PhotoScore Professional scans and reads printed music into Sibelius. Once the music is read, you can edit or transpose the score in Sibelius, play it back, extract parts and print -- just as if you'd inputted it yourself.

PhotoScore Professional even reads text such as dynamics, which is included in your score for editing in Sibelius. (Note that text reading cannot be as accurate as dedicated text OCR software because of the wide variety of fonts and sizes used in each score.)

Mac: G4/G3/iMac/PowerMac running Mac OS 8.0 or higher, 32Mb RAM (64Mb recommended), 20Mb free hard disk space, scanner* (TWAIN-compatible recommended). Mac OS X is not currently recommended, as most scanner drivers do not currently support Mac OS X.
*You need to be able to adjust your scanner's resolution and grayscale settings. PhotoScore Professional works best with 200-400 dpi and 256 grays.
