Self-sufficiency is attained when one independently performs a sequence of related personal care activities from the Looking Good Program, like washing hands, brushing teeth, and combing hair. Or a sequence of related housekeeping activities from the Keeping House Program, like cleaning the table, washing dishes, and putting them away.

Software

Each talking Macintosh program features 63 personal care (Looking Good) and housekeeping (Keeping House) activities by location. Set up a file for each user. Students can practice combining activities to form routines at the computer. Then print out a routine to follow at school or at home. Requires a Macintosh, System 7 and color monitor. TouchWindow and printer are optional.
