If you have trouble figuring out which word you want in the prediction window, you can have any word read to you just by placing the mouse over it. The text will be highlighted in red and read aloud. If the word has a definition or usage example, that will also be read.
If you like, you can also have all the words read at once by hitting the ` key at the top left corner of the keyboard.
