Access options for students with disabilities
Easy-to-use,
comfortable alternate input devices for those who find the mouse or trackpads
difficult to use. The "Light" series is designed for mainstream or
special education classroom and has extra buttons for click and drag. The
"Plus" series gives you even more controls with buttons for all mouse
functions. All models include removable plate that helps locate and target
buttons.
Note: If your port (where your mouse is connected) is round and has 6 pins, order the PS/2 version.
Penny & Giles Rollerball Light
Large 2 1/2", easy-to-roll ball is sturdy and offers more control than a
traditional mouse or trackball. Mouse cursor stays in position when ball is not
touched. Flashing light indicates drag button is active.

Penny & Giles HeadWay
HeadWay is a mouse alternative that uses a small, infra red transmitter.
Student's head movements control the mouse cursor on-screen. Adjustable
sensitivity reduces unwanted cursor movements due to unintentional head motion.
The HeadWay can be mounted on a student's glasses, headband or cap. Students
use a switch for mouse clicks.
