Henter-Joyce Technical Support Notice # 17 (TSN-17 )
Subject: Authorization Disk Spinning
Henter-Joyce Product: JAWS for Windows 3.2
Category: Authorization
February 3, 1999
Description:
Sometimes the authorization disk will just keeps spinning and does not move an authorization key to the hard drive.
Solution:
It is likely that an anti-virus shield is running in the background. To fix this, you must disable the anti-virus utility, and then move the key. One way to disable the anti-virus application, is by going into the Task Manager with the keystroke of Control+Alt+Delete. You can now close the anti-virus program, and then safely move the authorization key.
