CONTACT INFORMATION

I am always happy to receive feedback about my InfoPages.  You can reach me via e-mail at joelg@alum.mit.edu.  If you have a question about using Dragon NaturallySpeaking which may be of interest to a broader audience then I may answer it in these InfoPages.

However, I can not (and will not) answer sales or technical support questions.  Please refer sales questions to info@dragonsys.com and support questions to support@dragonsys.com.

MY SUPPORT POLICY

If you send me e-mail (do not dare try to call me) with a NatSpeak or NatLink question than I may answer the question or I may leave your e-mail in my inbox until later (sometimes much later) and then send you a polite response saying that I can not help you.

I usually let e-mails generated as a result of this web site accumulate until I take a business trip.  Then I answer all the e-mails at once from the airplane (using NatSpeak, of course).  This has proven to be a very effective technique.  People do get answers but not in a timely enough fashion to encourage them to bombard me with an endless stream of questions.

That said, I like e-mails which say things like: "I just love your web site.  I downloaded NatLink and am now using it to write really neat macros.  Thank-you for all the work you put in to make Dragon NaturallySpeaking an even better product."  They remind me that I am not wasting my time without requiring an immediate response.

Do not under any circumstances call or write Dragon Systems asking them about something you read about on my web site.  This web site is completely independent of Dragon Systems.  Dragon seems to tolerate its existence (at least they have not fired me or threatened me with any legal action), but Dragon Systems cannot answer queries about or provide support for things you read about on this web site.

If you do not like something that I say on this web site then you can complain to me.  Do not complain to Dragon Systems, it will do you no good.  Remember, Dragon Systems has no control over the contents of this web site, even indirectly.
