| Product Description: The Early Emerging Rules Series consists of three programs: Negation, Plurals, and Prepositions. All three use speech, colorful graphics, and animated characters to engage the user in a fun, multisensory experience. Six levels of instruction Each program offers a lively game that introduces the concepts, four levels of instruction, and a test option. On the Game Level, an animated character demonstrates the rule being trained. The training levels use one or two pictures and various amounts of instruction, cuing, and feedback. The test level can be used to conduct pre- and post-training assessment. A smooth transition Because these programs use a similar format to First Words, First Words II, First Verbs, and Simple Sentence Structure, they provide an ideal link between those programs and the comprehensive syntax training in Micro-LADS. Special Macintosh and Windows Features These versions have two scanning options: linear and step scanning. You can collect all of a student's records from Laureate's programs in one file. Early Emerging Rules: Negation This program trains Determiner "No," including the grammatical constructions
"has no," "have no," and "with no," using three 20-picture
sets.
This program uses three 20-picture sets to train the singular noun form and plural noun
endings. Early Emerging Rules: Prepositions This program uses three 20-picture sets of different objects and containers to train the prepositions "in" and "on."
