The Freedom Scientific Hardware Product Maintenance Agreement (PMA) offers hardware owners an annual contract entitling them to receive unit software updates and unit repairs, including parts and labor, for twelve-months. The customer pays only for shipping their unit to Freedom Scientific in Florida. The PMA service contract does not cover repairs resulting from the misuse or abuse of the covered unit. The Freedom Scientific Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) offers the most economical way to receive the latest versions of Freedom Scientific software technology. Owners of the SMA receive two consecutive upgrades on CD-ROM at a 50% discount* off of the regular upgrade pricing, with no shipping costs. Additionally, SMA holders are eligible to download the upgrade version to their software directly from our website. SMA's are available for US customers only from Freedom Scientific or your local Authorized dealer and area available for current shipping versions of JAWS for Windows and MAGic Screen Magnification Software.
