MCTOS is a single switch that can be operated by many students with the most severely disabilities. MCTOS requires no movement, or no controlled movement. This is an effort free alternative to mechanical switches.

MCTOS is a stand alone single switch that does not require a computer and can be plugged directly into any standard assistive technology device that uses standard 1/8” plug.

MCTOS provides access for students who have never before been able to participate in classroom learning activities.

MCTOS is an effort-free alternative to body switches for students who have trouble controlling movement. Even students who have absolutely no movement may bee able to control MCTOS.

MCTOS is operated by the biosignals measure at the forehead. With quiet mind/quiet body, the switch is “OFF”. An excited mind activates the switch.

Students begin by controlling toys or music. With practice they learn to control other things, such as communication devices.

MCTOS connects directly to all standard communication and environmental control devices.

MCTOS uses a standard 1/8” output plug to control any device that can be controlled by a single switch.

MAC and PC computers can be controlled using a simple adapted mouse. This also give the ability to practice team work. Interactive games or learning activities can be done with one person moving the cursor and the other making choices using the MCTOS. Brain/hand coordination can be practiced by one student using both mouse and MCTOS.
